Can I exchange an item in store?
At this time, no; online purchases cannot be exchanged in store. We have different inventory in store than we do online and our online store policy is different than our in store policy.
Do you carry the same inventory online, at the Hemet location, and at the Moreno Valley location?
Unfortunately, not all of the time. Our stores vary due the types of customers we have at each location. While sometimes we carry the same product throughout the three stores, we often pick and choose which styles would be more popular at a specific location. Our Hemet location tends to be more of a casual store in comparison to our Moreno Valley that is a mix of casual and formal. Our online store is a bit more formal than our in-person stores.
Our Moreno Valley store is our head quarters therefore merchandise arrives there first as well.
Can I exchange an item I purchased in store for something online?
Our store policy for in store purchases is different than our online policy therefore we cannot exchange in store purchases for online items. The policy changes due to the ability of trying items on in store.
I've exceeded the two week mark allowed for exchange or store credit, can I still return my item?
We ask that you please keep track of the amount of days you have until it is past the two week mark. We do not accept items beyond that point.
My item(s) was/were damaged at the time I received them, what do I do?
We have a quality control team that thoroughly inspects our merchandise before we ship it out but if for some reason an item arrived damaged, please take pictures, and report it to us immediately via email. We will not accept claims past the week in which the item was delivered.
I washed my item and it's now damaged- can I have a refund?
Each item has washing instructions on the tag attached to the inside of it, please follow those directions to ensure your item lasts you a long time. We cannot offer refunds once an item has been worn or washed.
I wore my item once, can I still exchange it if I no longer like it, I damaged it, or found a defect?
Please thoroughly inspect your item(s) before wearing it. We do not offer refunds if an item has been worn, regardless of manufacture defects. If an item has been used we no longer accept claims or exchanges. Ownership transfers from our business, to you, the consumer once it has been worn. No exceptions.
Do you ship overnight?
We do not ship overnight at this time but we do offer in-store pick-up from our Moreno Valley Mall location. Choose in store pick-up at check out and email us with your name, order number, and date + time in which you want to pick up your item(s). We can have the item ready for you to pick up next day, so long as you contact us to inform us. Please use the same email that was used to place the order when you email us the date and time in which you want to pick up. At the time of pick-up please have proof of purchase, including order number and ID ready to show the cashier. If someone will be picking up the item on your behalf, please include their information in the email sent to us and give them your order number.
Please note that while we can have your items ready for you in store, we do not accept returns/exchanges in store for online items. Our merchandise inventory is different online and in-store and we are not able to process exchanges for online items there.
How often do you restock?
We receive merchandise every week but we do not have exact dates we restock items due to the many different vendors/manufacturers we work with having varying restock schedules. If the items or styles are popular and available we restock within 1-4 weeks.
What are your in-store hours and where are you located inside the Moreno Valley mall (Lexy Headquarters)?
We are located across from Forever 21, next door to the escalators leading to the food court. Our mall hours are:
