Store Policy + Returns
There are NO REFUNDS.
Exchange or store credit only.
You have 14 days from the time your package arrives/the date the tracking number states it was delivered to return your item for an exchange or store credit; so long as the item is in the condition in which you received it.
Please note that you, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and handling fees.
Exchanges must be approved via email first.
If for some reason you would like to exchange your item(s) please submit an email to our team with your name, order number, photographs of the products and an explanation as to why you would like to exchange the item(s). If our team deems the items as the condition in which they were sent out, then we can move forward.
Items returned must have original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original, "unused" conditions. We will only accept returns if the item(s) is eligible to be resold. Clearance sale items are final sale. Items that are not in our clearance sale section and were purchased with a discount code are eligible to be returned.
The following attachment/s associated with the item/s need to be attached when returned:
-Original hanging tag/s and/or sticker/s
-Manufacture label/s & packaging/s
-Price tag/s and its associated UPC bar code label
All sale items are final sale.
All accessories and cosmetics are final sale.
All nipple covers and sticky bras are final sale.
Swimwear is final sale.
Lingerie is final sale.
All easily tarnished items such as white clothing, biker shorts, leggings, nylons, and basic cotton t-shirts are final sale.
Final sale items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Our online policy is different than our in-store policy due to the ability of trying items on in-store.
